Recruitment Analyst Intern – NYSC Corps Member

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Analyst Intern to support the Human Capital Department in delivering effective talent acquisition services. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening CVs, coordinating interviews and maintaining recruitment data. This position is open to NYSC corps members with at least ten months remaining.

Key responsibilities

• Source and shortlist candidates through job boards, professional networks and databases.
• Screen CVs against selection criteria and maintain an updated talent pipeline.
• Schedule interviews, communicate details to candidates and hiring managers, and track interview progress.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, prepare status reports and analyse key metrics.
• Support background and reference checks while ensuring confidentiality.

Required profile

• Smart, proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Professional attitude with ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Must reside near Fadeyi, Lagos and have at least ten months remaining of NYSC service.
