About the role
The Purchasing Supervisor ensures smooth procurement operations for food and related items, maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with safety standards. This role supports the team in delivering high‑quality guest experiences through effective vendor management and inventory control.
Key responsibilities
- Print, organize, and distribute essential documents, maintaining clear records of reports and invoices.
- Calculate inventory figures, conduct audits, and monitor stock levels, notifying management of low inventory.
- Resolve vendor delivery issues, oversee returns, and verify received inventory.
- Reconcile shipping invoices, receive and process deliveries, and enforce food safety policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of related purchasing or inventory experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb and work in varied physical conditions.
