About the role
The Property & Guest Operations Manager will oversee daily property operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining high standards of property upkeep.
Key responsibilities
- Manage bookings, check-ins, check-outs, guest enquiries and complaints.
- Convert enquiries into paid bookings and meet sales targets.
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams to keep the property well-maintained and fully equipped.
- Maintain accurate guest, booking and enquiry records.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to generate bookings and meet agreed sales targets.
- Previous hospitality or short‑let management experience is preferred.
