Receptionist – Front Desk for Pilates Studio

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Pilates studio in Lagos. The role involves welcoming clients, managing bookings and supporting sales in a high‑end wellness environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients in a warm, professional and discreet manner.
• Manage bookings, cancellations, rescheduling and waitlists through the studio’s booking platform.
• Handle client enquiries via WhatsApp, telephone, email and in person.
• Assist new clients in selecting appropriate Pilates classes and packages.
• Support sales of memberships, class packages, private sessions and studio services.
• Maintain accurate client records and daily booking information.
• Coordinate with instructors and the Studio Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Process payments and assist with merchandise sales where applicable.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar front‑desk or client‑service role.
• Educated to degree level.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and excellent in verbal and written communication.
• Polished and comfortable interacting with affluent and discerning clients.
• Experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, luxury retail or a similar environment.
• Comfortable using digital booking systems, WhatsApp and basic administrative tools.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work calmly in a fast‑paced environment.
