About the role
Fawtress Ltd is seeking a full‑time Project Coordinator to work on a hybrid basis from Lagos. The role supports the delivery of projects by ensuring schedules, budgets and deliverables are aligned and communicated effectively across all parties.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and update project schedules, budgets and milestones.
- Track progress against plans and prepare regular status reports.
- Identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary to keep projects on track.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure it is current and accessible.
- Facilitate meetings, capture minutes and follow up on action items.
- Support the project team in achieving objectives efficiently and collaboratively.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in project coordination within similar industries.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with risk management and compliance considerations.
- Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling and coordination.
