About the role
We are looking for a Project Management Coordinator to support our commercial advisory team. The role is fully remote, full‑time (40 hours per week) and will help keep project logs, tracker sheets and team communications organized for infrastructure investment engagements in Nigeria.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update internal project tracker sheets using Microsoft Excel and Notion.
- Draft weekly status updates and meeting minutes for the advisory team.
- Organise client documents, transaction records and feedback logs in secure, compliant folders.
- Establish clean folder structures for research and transaction files.
- Schedule coordination meetings across multiple time zones and manage the shared advisory calendar.
- Compile basic market‑research summaries from approved public databases.
- Track project deadlines and send polite reminders to internal team members.
- Ensure all project templates and presentation layouts follow firm guidelines.
Required profile
- Familiarity with standard business tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Notion or Slack.
- Strong written English with the ability to summarise meeting discussions clearly.
- Excellent organisational habits and attention to detail.
- Eligible to work in Nigeria and able to overlap with Gulf Standard Time business hours.
