About the role
We are looking for an organized and detail‑oriented Admin Officer to support the daily operations of our automobile company in Zone 4, Abuja. The role involves maintaining office efficiency, handling documentation, and assisting management with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documents.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Monitor office supplies, procure when necessary, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Support management with administrative projects and tasks.
- Maintain employee and company records and assist in preparing operational reports.
- Facilitate communication between departments and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in the automobile industry is an advantage.
