Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Study Now is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimise its paid digital advertising ecosystem across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will drive campaigns that align with commercial priorities, academic intakes and brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of existing Meta advertising accounts, managing campaign structure, optimisation, scaling and performance.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Run always‑on campaigns for brand awareness, traffic generation and lead acquisition across key courses and university partners.
• Manage audience targeting, creative rotation, budget pacing, bidding strategies and platform‑specific constraints.
• Translate business priorities into paid‑media strategies that support lead generation, pipeline growth and enrolment outcomes.
• Align spend with sales, admissions and intake calendars to maximise impact.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high‑performing ad creatives and provide data‑driven briefs.
• Utilise marketing technology tools for lead capture, qualification, tracking and retargeting.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven budget and optimisation decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to work closely with sales, admissions and creative teams.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
