Operational Manager

About the role

The Operational Manager will lead daily operations at Alpha-Plus Apartments, ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery in line with company standards. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate multiple departments, drive performance, and uphold high customer‑service standards within a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day business activities, guaranteeing operational efficiency and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise cross‑functional teams, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
• Set operational targets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure business objectives are met.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve service quality and reduce waste.
• Manage budgets, expenses, inventory, and resources to control costs.
• Maintain health, safety, and regulatory compliance across the workplace.
• Prepare regular operational reports and provide updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes and introducing more effective ways of working.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of operations experience, preferably in hospitality or a service‑oriented industry.
• Proven track record in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Result‑oriented, proactive, and accountable professional.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
