Mobile Financial Services Support Manager

About the role

The Mobile Financial Services Support Manager will implement and drive the Agency Banking business plan in Nigeria, overseeing client experience and expanding the distribution partnership base. The role also ensures accurate reconciliation of MFS product general ledgers, compliance with governance, and timely resolution of wallet and agency transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Agency Banking business plan, managing distribution partnerships, agents and profitability.
• Handle reconciliation of MFS product GLs in collaboration with the Reconciliation Department.
• Conduct governance engagements with Control and Audit teams for all MFS products.
• Prepare internal and regulatory reports and ensure revenue assurance.
• Manage partner/vendor SLA reviews and renewals with Legal.
• Track and analyse agent and wallet activities, providing insights to business teams.
• Conduct market surveys and research to inform product strategy.
• Develop and update process documentation and ensure proper accounting entries.

Required profile

• First degree in Banking or related field.
• 8‑12 years of experience in client coverage, personal and private banking, preferably with product management and retail banking exposure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.
