About the role
The Marketing & Growth Lead will shape and execute integrated online and offline marketing strategies to boost product awareness and drive consumer demand.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media, content, digital advertising and campaign initiatives.
- Design trade and market activation programmes for distributors and retailers.
- Track marketing ROI, leads, conversions and customer acquisition metrics.
- Coordinate agencies, creators and other marketing partners.
- Collaborate with commercial/sales teams to ensure marketing translates into product movement.
Required profile
- 3-5 years of experience in FMCG or growth marketing.
- Minimum HND in a related field.
- Commercial and data‑driven mindset with ability to work within controlled budgets.
Required skills
- Strong digital marketing knowledge.
- Understanding of offline/trade marketing.
