About the role
Light City Properties LTD is seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to support its real‑estate portfolio in Abuja. The role will involve planning and executing campaigns, creating compelling content, and analysing market trends to boost brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing projects, advertising campaigns and promotional events.
- Write, edit and proofread copy for digital and print channels, including websites, emails and social media.
- Gather and analyse data on customer preferences, competitor behaviour and market trends.
- Manage social media accounts, update content via Content Management Systems and track performance using Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with in‑house teams, graphic designers and external agencies to produce promotional materials.
- Monitor key metrics and prepare performance reports.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of N.C.E.
- No experience or less than one year in a similar marketing role.
Required skills
