Marketing Executive

About the role

Auldon Limited, known as Nigeria's No. 1 Toy Store, is hiring a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive in Lagos. The role develops and executes marketing plans and campaigns that promote Auldon's products and brand across various channels, working with sales, operations and customer service teams to raise brand awareness, increase store traffic and improve customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns across channels
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends
• Coordinate sales and promotional activities
• Support the development of marketing materials
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements to meet marketing and sales targets

Required profile

• 4 to 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field preferred
• Relevant experience in retail or consumer products marketing is an advantage

Required skills

• Market planning and marketing skills to design promotional strategies and campaigns
• Market research skills to gather, analyze and interpret customer and competitor insights
• Sales and communication skills
• Ability to use basic marketing analytics tools and reporting dashboards
• Strong organization and time management, with attention to detail
