Marketer and Sales Representative

About the role

Ssendi Beverages produces premium beverages in a wide range of varieties and flavors. It is looking for a proactive marketer and sales representative to grow product awareness and sales in Lagos. The role combines customer outreach, product promotion and relationship building with retail and hospitality businesses, and is a full-time, Lagos-based position.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce and promote Ssendi Beverages products to prospective and existing customers.
• Develop relationships with retailers, distributors, restaurants and other business customers.
• Identify sales opportunities, follow up on leads and support customer orders.
• Communicate product features, varieties and brand positioning clearly and accurately.
• Gather customer feedback and share market insights to inform promotional and sales activities.
• Maintain organized records of customer contacts, leads and sales activity.
• Represent the company professionally and work toward agreed marketing and sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication, presentation and persuasive selling skills.
• Ability to identify prospects, initiate conversations, qualify customer needs and follow up reliably.
• Customer relationship-building skills and a professional approach to retail and business accounts.
• Interest in beverage products, consumer brands and practical product promotion.
• Confidence explaining product varieties, features and brand value to different audiences.
• Good organization, time management, initiative and target orientation; able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving sales environment.
• Willingness to carry out customer outreach and sales visits within Lagos.
