Legal Research and Production Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Research and Production Specialist to join our team in Lagos. The role involves conducting thorough legal research, drafting memoranda, and producing case documents using established templates. You will work closely with senior lawyers to ensure high‑quality, citation‑accurate deliverables within agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare research memoranda.
• Draft and produce case documents using standard templates.
• Maintain citation accuracy and uphold document production quality standards.
• Meet agreed turnaround times and manage revisions efficiently.
• Contribute to the development of research resources and template libraries.

Required profile

• LLB from an accredited Nigerian institution and BL from the Nigerian Law School; called to the Bar or in final stages of admission.
• 0‑3 years of relevant experience or a structured learning curve supported by onboarding.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated legal writing ability (writing sample required).
• Excellent written English in a formal legal register.
• Coachability, strong learning aptitude, and comfort with template‑driven work.

What we offer

• Monthly gross salary between NGN 200,000 and NGN 250,000.
