Junior HRBP

About the role

eRecruiter Africa offers HR consulting services and recruitment, and is looking for a Junior HRBP in Lagos. The role combines sourcing top talent, building candidate and client relationships, and supporting onboarding, with the aim of developing into a full-cycle (360) recruitment consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Source and place top talent with leading companies using various methodologies to identify high-caliber candidates.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates, network, headhunt and manage databases to find new candidates.
• Build and foster client relationships through cold calling, networking and lead generation, and advertise roles according to client needs.
• Support onboarding and engagement of outsourced employees.
• Maintain accurate HR data and reports to support decision-making, stay updated on clients' requirements and give candidates feedback after interviews.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in agency or recruitment consulting.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and discipline in database management.
• Flexibility beyond a typical 9-5 schedule, adapting to client needs.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills.
• Basic understanding of the 360 recruitment process (selling roles to candidates and candidates to clients).
• Highly tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
