About the role
The Human Resource Manager will lead recruitment, employee relations and performance management to support a professional and productive workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding of employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and monitor attendance, punctuality and leave.
- Support implementation of company policies, handle complaints and workplace conflicts.
- Organise staff training, monitor performance and assist with evaluations.
- Ensure proper documentation of disciplinary matters and aid workforce planning.
Required profile
- B.Sc. or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field.
- Previous HR experience with knowledge of recruitment and employee management practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and maintain documentation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
