Human Resources Lead

About the role

The Human Resources Lead will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management and compliance across our logistics operations in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviews, selection coordination, onboarding and probationary reviews.
• Maintain confidential personnel, attendance, leave and disciplinary records.
• Implement HR policies consistently across all company locations.
• Handle employee grievances, workplace disputes and disciplinary investigations.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, objectives and improvement plans with department leads.
• Identify training needs and organise orientation and development activities.
• Work with Finance to ensure accurate payroll inputs and authorized compensation changes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports, review compliance and escalate significant concerns.
• Visit operational sites to support staff evaluations, employee relations and HR compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in technology, logistics, transportation or fast‑growing organisations.
