About the role
This position reports to the Manager of the Recruitment and Executive Selection Services Unit and provides comprehensive support for client engagements. The analyst will handle sourcing, screening, interviewing and short‑listing candidates for roles ranging from entry‑level to executive positions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and review job descriptions
- Create and place advertisements
- Manage recruitment databases
- Collate, screen and short‑list resumes
- Develop summary profiles of candidates
- Coordinate logistics and operations for recruitment activities
- Source resumes and conduct executive searches
- Design and develop assessment centre materials
- Conduct interviews and produce reports
- Compile and publish industry directories of potential candidates
