Head of Global Remote Talent & EOR Solutions

About the role

The Head of Global Remote Talent & EOR Solutions will lead the creation, commercial growth and operational delivery of Workpedia Africa's international workforce solutions division. This senior, hands‑on role requires entrepreneurial drive, strong international commercial exposure and deep recruitment expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market‑entry and client acquisition strategies across priority markets (UK, US, UAE, Netherlands, Canada) and build employer pipelines.
• Lead international recruitment assignments, supervise sourcing, screening, assessment and onboarding for technical and non‑technical roles.
• Establish pan‑African talent sourcing partnerships with universities, professional bodies and recruitment firms.
• Design and manage the EOR commercial proposition, select qualified local partners and oversee compliance, payroll and reporting.
• Recruit, coach and manage business‑development, recruitment and EOR operations teams, setting KPIs and performance reviews.
• Prepare business plans, budgets and financial reports, own profitability and control operating costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics, Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in international recruitment, staffing or global workforce solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing commercial or recruitment delivery teams.
• Proven track record of winning employer clients, negotiating contracts and generating revenue.
• Practical experience with cross‑border recruitment, EOR, global payroll and employment compliance.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of recruitment delivery processes, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
• Understanding of Employer of Record (EOR) models, global payroll and employment compliance.
• Excellent written and spoken English, stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
