HR Officer for Manufacturing Plant

About the role
The HR Officer will manage day‑to‑day human resources activities at the manufacturing site, ensuring workforce stability, regulatory compliance and effective communication between the plant floor and management.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for shop‑floor, contract and staff positions.
- Track daily attendance, shift rosters, overtime and leave, and provide verified data to payroll.
- Address worker grievances, resolve conflicts, manage disciplinary cases and support union relations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, factory acts, pension, tax obligations and HSE standards.
Required profile
- B.Sc in any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Professional HR certification is an advantage.
