Graduate Trainee – Travel Agency (Full‑Time)

About the role

Aspom Travel Agency Limited, a leading provider of visa assistance, hotel bookings, holiday packages, tours and flight deals, is looking for enthusiastic recent graduates to join its team as Graduate Trainees. This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience across various travel‑agency functions while you develop professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in training programmes and departmental activities.
• Assist with daily operations, administrative tasks and documentation.
• Support team members in sales, ticketing, visa processing and customer service duties.
• Attend meetings, training sessions and performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate records of assigned activities and meet deadlines.
• Identify and resolve routine work‑related challenges proactively.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in a relevant field.
• NYSC status may be considered depending on the role.
• Little or no prior work experience required.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt and work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
