General Manager – Operations

About the role

Crown Interactive is seeking a General Manager – Operations to lead and scale its business operations across SaaS delivery, public‑sector digital projects and enterprise solutions. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for operational excellence, process optimisation and the successful execution of strategic initiatives in a fast‑growing African tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to define and implement business strategy and operational roadmaps.
• Drive alignment of operations to achieve growth, profitability and market‑expansion targets.
• Design, implement and optimise scalable business processes, including subscription management, service uptime and client onboarding.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and customer‑success teams to ensure seamless delivery of enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Lead project governance for public‑sector digitalisation initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, timelines and quality standards.
• Champion customer‑centric operations to deliver high‑quality user experiences and measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with the CFO to monitor financial performance and operational KPIs.
