Project Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

Crown Interactive is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for public‑sector and enterprise clients. You will own the full project lifecycle, from planning through delivery, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital transformation, enterprise and SaaS projects.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources while managing project budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and distributed teams to achieve project milestones.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including public‑sector representatives and third‑party vendors.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and executive briefings are accurate and timely.
• Oversee rollout and integration of SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud services.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex software or digital projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work with public‑sector clients and high‑level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of aligning business requirements with technical execution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
