Junior Project Manager (ERP Implementation)

About the role

erpSoftapp, a leading Odoo ERP consultancy in Nigeria, is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join its Yaba, Lagos office. You will support the delivery of ERP implementation projects for both client and internal initiatives, applying solid project management principles and common‑sense problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Understand project scope, budget and timeline, and define detailed requirements.
• Supervise junior project staff such as assistants and associates.
• Organise and lead project meetings to communicate roles, expectations and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, quality and emerging issues, and take corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.
• Identify conflicts of interest and propose mitigation solutions.
• Develop and enforce project methodologies, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with vendors to guarantee timely and quality supply delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in software or business delivery.
• Certification in junior project management (e.g., PMP‑Associate, PRINCE2 Foundation) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and manage budgets.
• Conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard project management tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies.
