Quality Assurance and Software Tester

About the role

Crown Interactive is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Software Tester to ensure the delivery of high‑quality digital solutions. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to guarantee flawless user experiences across our sovereign platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Execute functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve them.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Review requirements and design documents to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Provide detailed testing progress reports, defect status, and overall quality metrics.
• Maintain thorough documentation of test cases, results, and defect reports for compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4‑5 years of experience in software testing with a solid grasp of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in a software or technology company is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with test management tools.
• Experience using bug tracking systems.
• Knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium and JUnit.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
