Front Desk / Quality Control Officer

About the role

Whip-Smart Service Providers Limited is hiring a Front Desk / Quality Control Officer in Lagos, Marina. The role combines customer service at the front desk with quality checks and packaging of cookware, and is open to entry-level candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers professionally and courteously, handling enquiries and giving accurate product information.
• Perform quality checks on cookware before packaging and dispatch.
• Wrap and package cookware to company standards.
• Maintain accurate records through timely data entry.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and prepared for delivery.
• Keep the front desk and work area clean and organized.
• Report product defects or quality issues to management.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
• Uphold company policies and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of an OND qualification.
• Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, administrative or quality control role is an added advantage.
