Operations Internship

About the role

Springer Capital is offering an Operations Internship for someone interested in business operations, project management or related fields. The intern supports day-to-day business operations and process management, working remotely and collaborating with teams such as HR, Marketing and Tech.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day business operations and process management.
• Support project coordination so that tasks are executed on time.
• Help prepare reports, dashboards and documentation for operational activities.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Track and monitor key operational metrics.
• Contribute to internal communication and scheduling.

Required profile

• Interest in business operations, project management or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
