Financial Planning and Analysis – Daily Banking

About the role

Renmoney is looking for a motivated Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to own the financial oversight of its Daily Banking segment. This remote, full‑time position will help shape strategy by turning data into actionable insights that drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models, forecasts and budgets for Daily Banking products.
• Conduct regular performance analysis of revenue, expenses and profitability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product Development and other teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis, case assessments and funding cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience in banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
• Team‑player who thrives in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
