Team Lead – Field Recovery

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a dynamic Team Lead to head its Field Recovery unit. You will drive the collection of outstanding debts while ensuring a customer‑centric approach, supporting the company’s mission of financial inclusion in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Field Recovery Officers.
• Design and execute recovery strategies that balance collection goals with customer care.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage directly with clients to resolve issues and negotiate amicable settlements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share insights and enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay current on industry best practices and compliance regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in debt recovery or collections, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a passion for helping customers.
