Product Manager – Business Banking

About the role

Renmoney is looking for a Product Manager to lead its Business Banking portfolio. You will shape digital solutions that help Nigerian SMEs and corporate clients open accounts, obtain loans, make bulk payments, and manage invoices on web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for business banking, aligning with the company’s digital‑first strategy.
• Design seamless digital onboarding journeys that meet KYC/AML, CBN, NDIC, and NIBSS compliance requirements.
• Lead end‑to‑end development of features such as account dashboards, role management, bulk payments, invoicing, and SME loan products.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, risk, sales, and operations to ensure scalability and regulatory alignment.
• Use customer feedback, funnel data, and tools like Amplitude to run A/B tests, track KPIs, and iterate on the product.
• Partner with sales to drive client acquisition, activation, and transaction volume growth.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in SME/business banking, fintech, or digital financial services.
• Proven track record of launching digital onboarding or transaction products.
• Strong understanding of SME financial needs such as lending, payments, KYC, and invoicing.
• Ability to translate business problems into clear technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional stakeholder engagement.
