Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will support the Head of Finance in overseeing the company’s accounting activities, ensuring compliance with accounting and auditing standards, and delivering accurate financial reports.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee payable, treasury, receivable and credit control functions across the business.
• Maintain accounts, perform reconciliations regularly and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Automate finance business processes and manage internal controls around financial reporting.
• Support cost analysis, performance reporting, budget preparation and conduct monthly/quarterly compliance reviews.
• Review bank reconciliations, GL balances and ensure accurate recording of bank transactions.

Required profile

• B.Sc/HND in Accounting or related field; ACA/ACCA compulsory.
• Minimum 10 years post‑NYSC experience, with at least 5 years in managerial positions.
• Strong knowledge of IAS, IFRS and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and people‑development skills.
