Finance Associate

About the role

Reliance Health is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Associate to support financial operations and reporting across its growing healthcare business in emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements and payment runs in line with approval policies and cash‑flow schedules.
• Perform monthly bank, intercompany and provider reconciliations, investigating any discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and support month‑end and year‑end close activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and support internal and external audit processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Completed NYSC or hold a valid exemption letter.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero or NetSuite.
