About the role
Covek Properties Limited is looking for a Facility Manager in Lagos (Marina) to oversee the maintenance and day-to-day running of its facilities and properties. The role covers coordination of repairs and upkeep of building infrastructure and equipment, and supervision of support staff.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the company's facilities and properties.
- Coordinate repairs, servicing and preventive maintenance of building infrastructure, electrical systems, plumbing, air-conditioning and other facility equipment.
- Supervise facility support staff, technicians, cleaners, security personnel and external contractors.
Required profile
- A minimum of 1 year of experience.
- A minimum of an HND in a related field.
