About the role

Recapps is a real estate advisory and property development firm offering investment strategy, project financing and portfolio or asset optimisation advice. It is seeking a lead Investment and Sales Advisor, a high-performance role focused on identifying and developing relationships with qualified, high-value prospects, advising them on investment opportunities, converting prospects into clients and growing the sales profile. The role suits confident, commercially minded people comfortable engaging with top executives and high-net-worth individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop strong relationships with qualified prospects and potential clients.
• Present and sell curated real estate investment opportunities.
• Develop repeat business, secure referrals and build long-term investor relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field; professional certifications are an added advantage.
• 4+ years of real estate experience, with a focus on closing real estate transactions.
• Demonstrated experience in investments and investment strategies, including portfolio construction, risk assessment and return optimisation.
• Solid knowledge of real estate markets, investment products and capital markets.
• Prior experience in real estate advisory or development is a strong advantage.
• A professional background with established organisations or top academic institutions is highly regarded.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
