Executive Lounge Associate – Food & Beverage Service

About the role

The Executive Lounge Associate welcomes guests to the Executive Lounge, delivering personalized food and beverage service in line with Radisson’s high standards. You will ensure a clean, well‑stocked environment and respond promptly to guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet Executive Lounge guests courteously and attend to their requests.
• Replenish and serve food, beverages, and refreshments according to hotel standards.
• Maintain buffet displays, beverage stations, and service areas throughout operational hours.
• Ensure the lounge is clean, organized, and guest‑ready before, during, and after service periods.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements, reporting any concerns immediately.
• Track inventory of food, beverage, and supplies, reporting shortages or wastage to the supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with the Executive Lounge Supervisor, Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, and other departments.
• Participate in briefings, handovers, training, and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum education: B.Sc, Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service or related field (advantageous).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in upscale hotel, executive lounge or similar environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Food Handlers Test is mandatory.
