Executive Assistant to Managing Director / Chief Executive

About the role

Join Nigerian Breweries Plc as an Executive Assistant directly supporting the Managing Director / Chief Executive. You will provide high‑level administrative and operational support in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine business support activities for the MD/CE.
• Manage the MD’s calendar, correspondence, deadlines and priorities.
• Organise travel itineraries, prepare travel documents and manage logistics for domestic and overseas engagements.
• Prepare meeting documents, follow up on actions and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Supervise the MD’s domestic and auxiliary staff to ensure quality service delivery.
• Support the execution of official events and manage logistics for executive board and management team engagements.
• Serve as first‑level information source on departmental and customer matters for the MD.
• Arrange internal and external activities, visitors and related logistics.

Required profile

• B.Sc degree with at least Second Class Lower.
• 3–5 years of corporate experience in business operations, office management, event management, and customer service.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior leaders.
