Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

A fresh meat and frozen foods business is looking for a practical, commercially minded Marketing Coordinator to turn business priorities, customer insight and marketing results into campaigns that generate buying interest and support sales. The role coordinates a small marketing team and works closely with customer support under the Sales & Marketing Team Lead. It is full-time, on-site, Monday to Saturday, reporting to the Team Lead and coordinating the Media Marketing Officer and Content Intern.

Key responsibilities

• Turn agreed sales priorities into a monthly marketing plan with audiences, offers, messages, channels, deliverables, deadlines and measures of success.
• Guide and approve the officer's content calendar and briefs, allocate work, review quality and coach the officer and intern.
• Coordinate product promotions and seasonal campaigns across social media, the website and offline touchpoints, and check campaign readiness (prices, availability, booking deadlines, delivery).
• Analyse platform insights, website data and enquiry/order records, explain changes and recommend tests.
• Work with customer support to define customer groups (first-time, repeat, inactive buyers, caterers) and their messages and promotions.
• Assess trends, creators, partnerships and new channels, recommend a phased channel plan and implement approved activities.
• Maintain campaign briefs, reports and approval records, and provide routine publishing, filming and basic editing cover when needed.
• Submit a brief before each campaign, a weekly report and a monthly plan, and prepare weekend and holiday content in advance.

Required profile

• Demonstrable business marketing experience supported by campaign examples.
• Ability to interpret platform, enquiry and order data and recommend action.
• Strong writing, planning and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of publishing tools and practical routine publishing, filming and basic editing.
• Resides within Surulere or its immediate environs.

What we offer

• Salary of 200k gross.
• Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am–4:00pm (shift-based).
• Recording equipment and transport for approved content visits.
