About the role

Kreda Global is hiring a full-time Social Media Manager based in Lagos, Marina. The role covers creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, editing videos about gadgets, promotions and business activities, and handling customer follow-ups.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
• Shoot and edit videos showcasing gadgets, promotions and business activities
• Develop creative content ideas, scripts, hooks and captions
• Monitor social media trends and viral content formats
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with potential customers
• Assist with content posting and social media management

Required profile

• Proven experience in content creation and video editing
• Portfolio of previously created or edited videos
• Good communication and creative thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
• Customer service experience is an added advantage

Required skills

• Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing applications
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends
