About the role
Filmhouse Cinemas Limited is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Customer Service Representatives. You will be the front‑line face of the cinema, ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant experience from entry to exit.
Key responsibilities
- Selling box office tickets and handling reservations and sales enquiries.
- Monitoring and maintaining cash flow to prevent shortages.
- Guiding guests to entrance and exit points.
- Managing guest flow to avoid obstructions during the cinematic experience.
- Participating in briefings and meetings as requested by the cinema manager.
- Attending training sessions organized by managers and HR.
- Contributing to increased concession revenues.
- Ensuring designated areas are arranged and cleaned properly.
Required profile
- Educational qualifications: ND, HND, BSc/BSE, Diploma, NCE, SSCE.
- Age between 19 and 26 years.
