Customer Service Representative – Airline Support

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join Callboxs Nigeria’s airline support team in Abuja. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing timely assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑contact resolution for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Manage flight‑related requests such as schedule information, bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up on open cases within defined timeframes.
• Maintain compliance with airline service policies and handle complaints professionally.
• Stay updated on airline policies and internal process changes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of full‑time experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment, preferably in airline, travel, telecom or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, English, Hospitality or a related field.
• Fluent spoken and written English and German (minimum C1 level); English and Spanish (minimum B2 level) for communication.
• Ability to work full‑time in a hybrid setting in Abuja.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using airline reservation systems.
• Strong command of email platforms and web browsers.
