Reliance Care Officer (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

Reliance Health is looking for a dynamic Arabic‑speaking Care Officer to be the first point of contact for customers in its Egypt markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues and support the acquisition of health‑insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests and complaints in Arabic while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
• Provide accurate information to prospective clients in Arabic to help them select suitable health plans.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow through to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
• Record and update customer feedback, complaints and suggestions in the internal system.
• Support customer acquisition by engaging Arabic‑speaking inbound prospects and encouraging purchase of health‑insurance products.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
• Completed NYSC or hold a valid exemption letter.
• Ability to communicate confidently in French, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numerical data.
• High attention to detail and goal‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
