About the role

We are looking for a sharp, forward‑thinking graduate to join an established auto‑spare parts retailer in Lagos as a Customer Service Graduate Trainee. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in handling customer interactions, processing orders, and supporting daily service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process orders, provide accurate product information, and ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Support daily administrative and customer‑service tasks as needed.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in any relevant discipline.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good problem‑solving and customer‑handling skills.
• Residence in or around Surulere, Lagos.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from N120,000 to N150,000 per month.
