Creative Content Producer

About the role

A business consulting and growth agency supporting businesses through strategy, branding, marketing and digital transformation is seeking a Creative Content Producer. The role develops content ideas, turns creative concepts into practical production plans and coordinates the delivery of high-quality content for the client.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with client objectives, brand identity and marketing goals
• Review the client's existing digital presence to identify content gaps and opportunities
• Create video concepts, scripts, storyboards, shot lists and shoot briefs
• Plan and coordinate shoots, including schedules, locations, talent, props and equipment
• Translate client briefs into clear production plans and coordinate with account managers, designers, videographers, photographers and editors
• Review assets and final deliverables for quality, accuracy and brand consistency, and manage feedback and revisions
• Maintain digital content assets and stay up to date on social media trends and formats
• Edit video when required to support production needs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Creative Arts, Mass Communication, Film, Media, Marketing, Design or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in content production, creative production, digital media or a similar role, preferably in a creative or digital marketing agency
• Strong creative portfolio showing content concepts, production work and video or social media projects
• Experience writing shoot briefs, production plans, scripts and storyboards
• Good understanding of social media formats, especially Instagram

Required skills

• Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut
• Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling and attention to detail
• Planning, organisation, communication and coordination skills
