About the role
Our client in the retail imaging industry is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and oversee the finance department. The CFO will be responsible for strategic financial analysis, day‑to‑day financial operations and building a high‑performing finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and market trends to provide insights that support strategic decision‑making.
- Monitor daily financial operations, including payroll processing, invoicing and transaction management.
- Mentor and develop finance professionals, enhancing their skills and capabilities.
- Establish and maintain robust financial policies and procedures to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance across the organisation.
Required profile
- 10–15 years of experience in finance, accounting or related fields.
- Professional qualification such as ICAN or ACCA.
- Demonstrated managerial skills with experience leading finance teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in the retail industry is mandatory.
Salary: NGN 750,000 – 1,000,000 per month.
