Call Center Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join our customer service team in Abuja. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and emails promptly, following approved scripts.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Ensure first‑call resolution through effective problem‑solving.
• Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and one major Nigerian language (Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa).
• Strong problem‑solving and active‑listening abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of professionalism, empathy, and patience.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding performance quotas.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Basic computer proficiency and accurate typing/data‑entry skills.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 250,000 per month.
