Business Development & Partnerships Manager – Poultry Industry

About the role

Roostline Farms is building a modern poultry breeding and hatchery operation to supply high‑quality day‑old chicks across Nigeria. As the company prepares for commercial launch, it seeks a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to create a strong customer pipeline and establish strategic relationships within the poultry sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market expansion strategies across Nigeria, identifying new business opportunities in poultry and agriculture.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers, distributors, agro‑dealers, feed manufacturers, veterinary service providers, and industry associations.
• Represent Roostline Farms at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and secure partnerships.
• Support pre‑launch sales commitments, pricing, market positioning, and commercial planning.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activity, and provide regular insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, commercial operations, sales or market development.
• Strong networking, relationship‑building, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
• Willingness to travel as required.
