Product Manager (Agricultural Machinery)

About the role

The Product Manager will lead the development and market launch of agricultural machinery solutions. You will bridge market needs, technical design, and production to deliver competitive products that meet farmer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitor, and user demand research to shape product strategy.
• Define product requirements and initiate new projects.
• Oversee prototype development, field testing, and optimization.
• Manage project schedule, cost, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, sales, and purchasing teams to achieve mass production.
• Collect after‑sales and market feedback to drive product upgrades.
• Coordinate appraisal and subsidy formalities for agricultural machinery.
• Monitor competitor offerings to refine product configuration and selling points.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in agricultural or industrial equipment.
• Strong analytical skills for market and demand analysis.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, production, sales, and procurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
