erpSoftapp is a business consultancy firm specialized in Odoo ERP implementation in Nigeria, helping organisations improve operations and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Support the analysis of business processes and workflows.
• Help prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Conduct market and industry research to support business decisions.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation.
• Support software testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and support teams.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
