Bilingual Customer Service Agent – English/German

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Agent to join Callboxs Nigeria’s airline support team in Abuja. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing first‑contact resolution for passengers and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and initiate calls and emails, addressing inquiries about flight schedules, bookings, changes, cancellations and refunds.
• Resolve complaints in line with Wizz Air service policies and log all interactions accurately.
• Follow up on open cases within defined timeframes and keep records in the CRM system.
• Stay up‑to‑date with airline policies and internal process updates.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of full‑time experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment, preferably in airline, travel or telecom.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, English, Hospitality or a related field.
• Fluent spoken and written English and German (minimum B2 level).
• Full‑time availability and willingness to work on a hybrid schedule in Abuja.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and airline reservation systems.
• Strong computer skills, including email platforms and web browsers.
• Ability to remain calm, solution‑oriented and professional under pressure.
